A pair of vampires scoured the better parts of European high society for two decades in taking it upon themselves to dish out justice wherever they saw fit. They would create characters and disguise their persons in whatever manner was necessary to slip in amongst the elite. No one would ever come to know their true names, but the husband and wife ventured into the closets of hundreds and came out dancing with the skeletons they so desperately tried to hide. In doing so, they had acquired hundreds of thousands of dollars in antiquities, jewelry, even cash. However, there have been times where material goods were not enough and people were (justifiably) executed. Many family and business secrets have been aired thanks (or no-thanks) to the Juozapavicius duo.
Danukas and Cordelia, when they are at their best, are absolutely clever and precise hunters and take great enjoyment out of what they do. Danukas is the strategist; when they enter a new city, he scouts for potential targets to befriend. He decides to whom what needs to be done. Together, the couple infiltrates social circles and work quickly. Cordelia is the executioner; however things must end, she ensures that it is finished--though she does have a tendency to make an end by taking a life.
He keeps her grounded when she becomes too excitable or flighty. She inspires him to live life with more spontaneity and a little more danger. He shelters her from her own self-destructive tendencies; by doing so, she keeps him in this life, instead of allowing him to look for a final death. They might differ in personality and beliefs, but theirs is an eternal love. Until death do they part. |
